Kitchen Refresh in Prior Lake, MN
Tauer, Inc. has enjoyed working on many projects over the years, including extensive rebuilds. However, not every project is quite so complex. Sometimes all you need is a simple update to breathe new life into your space. That was the case for this recent kitchen remodel in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
Originally built in 2002, the kitchen of this two-story home was in great shape with a decent layout. However, the homeowners wanted to give it a refresh and make the space feel new again.
One of the biggest elements of this project was updating the maple cabinets, which were original to the home. While it can be tricky to modify and match old cabinets with new cabinets, we think we nailed it! The gray-painted cabinets blend seamlessly and provide the perfect backdrop to let the kitchen’s unique wood accents shine, including real barn wood wrapped around the vent hood cabinet. With new flooring, lighting, and appliances, these homeowners are sure to love their newly remodeled kitchen for years to come!
