Golden Valley Whole Home Rebuild

Today, we’re excited to share a look inside this mid-century modern masterpiece. Our team often reconstructs and reimagines homes for our clients, so this Golden Valley whole home rebuild was in our sweet spot!

These homeowners wanted to tear down their original property but were limited by timing, logistics, and city variances. Our solution was gutting the home down to the studs inside and out and creating a new footprint from the remaining foundation, some flooring, and wall framing. With the finished addition, we nearly doubled their total square footage!
